We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads generated from marketing initiatives, closing deals, and serving as a logistics expert to ensure seamless alignment between customer requirements and our services. Qualify leads generated from marketing initiatives to assess their suitability for our services.
Act as a logistics expert, guiding leads through the process and connecting them with the best options that align with their requirements.
Record all lead interactions, updates, and progress in the CRM system to maintain an organized and accessible record of client engagements.
Design and create necessary documents, proposals, and presentations to assist clients in their decision-making process.
Cultivate deep relationships with clients across the warehousing, transportation, and distribution spaces.
Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Continuously measure, evaluate, and optimize business development strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
