Core Accountability

Owns the strategy, execution, and profitability of Sirdab’s e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring fast, accurate, and cost-efficient order processing across B2B and B2C channels, from inbound to last-mile handover.

Objectives

• Deliver high order accuracy and strong SLA adherence
• Optimize fulfillment cost per order as volumes scale
• Build reliable fulfillment operations across ambient, chilled, and frozen categories
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehousing, transportation, and last-mile carriers
• Drive WMS, OMS, and process automation to support growth

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations: inbound processing, storage, picking, packing, staging, and outbound handover
• Design and optimize picking strategies (wave, batch, zone picking) to improve speed and accuracy
• Track and manage core fulfillment KPIs (order accuracy, OTIF, SLA adherence, cost per order, returns rate)
• Lead and scale fulfillment teams, including supervisors and floor staff
• Own inventory accuracy for e-commerce SKUs through cycle counts, reconciliations, and shrinkage control
• Manage peak operations and promotions, ensuring operational readiness and capacity planning
