Sirdab is a tech-ops focused startup offering cloud warehousing and transportation/logistics solutions. We have built an end-to-end logistics platform that allows businesses to acquire dry, ambient, chilled, and frozen warehousing space within 48 hours, as well as manage, optimize, and distribute inventory via a single platform. We are empowering businesses to expand and thrive by offering state-of-the-art logistics services – warehousing, freight, and distribution – through a fully integrated platform that is accessible precisely when and where they need it.

The Role

We're building a product team to own our business lines end-to-end. Each PM will eventually anchor a specific line (warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, or WMS SaaS), but assignment isn't fixed at hiring. You'll grow into the line where your skills and interests fit best.

Our products are the Order & Inventory Management System (OMS; used by clients to book and manage warehousing and transportation) and the Warehouse & Transportation Management System (WTMS; used by partners and internal teams to process and fulfill orders). Both span multiple business lines, so you'll work across surfaces depending on what your line needs.

What You'll Do

Discovery and hypothesis validation

• Spend real time with customers, partners, and ops teams — on-portal behavior and off-portal context both matter.
• Form sharp hypotheses about what to build and validate them quickly, with the smallest possible test. Prototype MVPs using AI tools when that gets you to a signal faster than a full eng cycle.
• Build a deep model of user segments, workflows, and pain points across your business line. Bring that model to roadmap conversations.

Data and analytics

• Track adoption, conversion, retention, and operational metrics for everything you ship. Define what success looks like before launch, not after.
• Get comfortable in our data. Our products have complex, interdependent data models — orders, shipments, inventory, billing, partner workflows — and you'll need to navigate them confidently to ask the right questions and read the answers.
