Accuracy of Information
Partner confirms that all information provided (facility details, licenses, and documents) is accurate and up to date.
Compliance
Partner agrees to operate in full compliance with all applicable Saudi laws, including SFDA, Baladiya, and Civil Defense regulations.
Service Standards
Partner will maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness consistent with Sirdab’s service standards.
Data Sharing
Partner agrees to share warehouse data (capacity, availability, pricing, and photos) for listing and internal use by Sirdab.
Non-Exclusivity
Joining the Sirdab network does not create an exclusive relationship; both parties may engage with other clients or providers.
Confidentiality
Any information exchanged between Sirdab and the Partner shall remain confidential and not be shared with third parties without consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the network with written notice. Sirdab may remove listings that do not meet quality or compliance standards.
